We see any parameter that harms to your experience at Mr. & Mrs. Pug as severe.
Best care will be applied to any case according to its conditions.
TIME FRAME FOR REFUND CLAIM
For all items, Refund Claim must be sent to our contact email not later than 10 days after order delivered.
If you've passed the time frame, we will rarely be able to refund you.
REFUNDABLE ITEM CONDITIONS
To may consider a refund, item must be unused and in the same conditions it was while delivery received.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM
If item delivered to you is damaged or incorrect, unused and in same conditions it was while delivered, you are refund eligible.
A proof is required with your refund claim while an image or video will serve as optimal proof.
We give as much effort possible to a reliable item description so you can get to know the item you buy.
And although our efforts, descriptions might drag misunderstandings.
If your not satisfied with your order, you can mail us with a refund claim which explains your dissatisfaction.
We provide you full refund when it comes to missing delivery.
ITEM RETURN DUE TO REFUND AGREEMENT
In most cases refund agreement would require you to return ordered item.
This might vary according and suppliers policy.
If we agreed to refund you in term of item return, item will be sent to its original location written in the delivered package.
We will not be responsible for item delivery costs and its reach to destination.
Item will be package and sealed, preferably on its original package.
Due to services and suppliers we use, exchanges aren't available.
If you'r refund eligible, you are welcome to reorder in our store while we make sure you'll get satisfied.
REFUND DESTINATION & AMOUNT
Money refund will be sent to original order payment details in its original payment method, not higher than paid amount and not higher than refund amount we agreed to give.
When refund decision has made, we will mail answer to e-mail address used to contact us.
If refund approved and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
